Corporate Services – Immigration and Workforce Compliance

A Certified Administrative Scrivener with Legal Authority

We are not a high‑volume visa agency.

As a Certified Administrative Scrivener legally authorized to submit immigration applications and handle administrative appeals, we provide a level of representation and legal accuracy not granted to ordinary administrative scriveners.

Preventing Common Failures in Foreign‑Employee Placement

We help companies avoid structural problems that often occur when hiring foreign employees without proper preparation.

• mismatches between skills and department structure
• supervisors lacking time or training ability
• discrepancies between contract and actual duties
• no workforce plan, making PDCA impossible
• employee discouragement or early resignation
• productivity not improving while labor costs increase

These issues arise from insufficient internal systems and unclear expectations.

Our role is to identify risks and help build a sustainable environment.

Immigration Compliance & System Design (Before / After Hiring)

• internal structure assessment
• workforce planning
• job‑duty review for visa eligibility
• contract vs. actual operations gap analysis
• inspection risk reduction
• PDCA‑based long‑term structure building

This is legal and operational risk prevention, not HR consulting.
