Step 1 — Initial Contact

You send us your questions or situation. We check your visa category, eligibility, or corporate needs. No documents required at this stage.

Step 2 — Consultation & Assessment

We discuss your goals, challenges, and required documents. For companies, we confirm hiring plans, compliance needs, and visa categories. You receive a clear plan and timeline.

Step 3 — Proposal & Quotation

We prepare a written proposal and transparent quotation. No hidden fees. You decide whether to proceed.

Step 4 — Contract & Initial Fee

We sign a service agreement and begin the work. As a Registered Immigration Application Agent, we can represent you at Immigration. For companies, we also confirm hiring compliance and internal procedures.

Step 5 — Document Preparation

We prepare all required documents accurately and in compliance with Immigration rules. You review and approve before submission. For companies, we prepare hiring‑related compliance documents as well.

Step 6 — Submission to Immigration

We submit the application on your behalf. You do not need to visit Immigration. We handle all communication and provide updates during the process.

Step 7 — Result & Long‑Term Support

You receive the result. We guide you on next steps and future renewals. As a TCertified Administrative Scrivener authorized to represent clients in administrative appeals, we can also assist with administrative appeals if necessary. Long‑term support is available for individuals and companies.
